McCormick & Co. is the general partner of the Max-Y Co L.P., a pooled money fund of real estate investors.  We also originate and service loans for private individual investors.  Unlike conventional banks, we are able to fund loans in 15 days.

We can fund loans for borrowers who have had short sales and foreclosures.  Once seasoned, these borrowers are able to refinance into institutional loans at substantially lower rates.
